If
the fishing is slow
at Brookbank you do, at least, have a view of Jodrell Bank telescope.
This is not a huge pool but is set in attractive countryside and does
contain some large carp. Parking is good and if you can still get in
through the gate, to the right of the water, you should be able to park
right next to your peg. The end furthest from the road is very deep.
I
do know it contains large Carp and a good number of Crucians. Please
read your club book for rules applying to this water.
