This is the Bay Malton, new member, on line application form;
please fill in all the fields that are required and press submit.
You will then be taken to the page for secure payment. Press the
'join and pay' button then provide your payment details as
requested. We also require a passport style photo of yourself
which you will e mail to the club. This can be a
scanned
image
or digital camera image which we will crop if necessary, Please
make sure that the image shows you full face. E mail your
passport style image as soon as possible as it is needed for your
club card.
E mail your image, in the subject line put: your full name
and date of birth (mm/dd/yy), the address is below.

Known issues: Netscape browser does not seem to take you to
the secure payment page, not sure why. If this happens please use
explorer or firefox.
