Renew your membership on line and pay
securely
This is the Bay Malton, membership renewal application form;
please fill in all the fields that are required and press submit.
You will then be taken to the page for secure payment. Press the
'join and pay' button for your membership level then provide
your payment details as
requested.
If
you want to make a payment to the stocking fund it can be done in two
ways: (1) Send a cheque to the club's P.O. box number. (2) If you want
to do this on line you can either send an email to
renewal, or fill in
the anything else to say panel stating how much you wish to donate. Either way you will be sent an
electronic invoice for which you can use your credit/debit card.
The
last official date for renewals is February 28th 2008. However this
period will extended until March 30th though you will not be able to
use your club book to fish during the extension. After this extension
period this
form will be removed. Renewal after this date will require a new
membership application
Known issues: Netscape browser does not seem to take you to
the secure payment page, not sure why. If this happens please use
explorer or firefox.
